Attention New Grads!

We also offer several opportunities for recent nursing school graduates. At Children’s, we see a new grad as more than just a “rookie”, we see you as a future leader of our professional nursing team. That’s why we provide such extensive, comprehensive training and orientation to help you successfully transition from student to priofessional. Our nursing graduate program was designed to be highly supportive and appropriately paced. New grad RNs are paired with a designated preceptor providing one-on-one clinical and technical training. The unit-based orientation will vary by specialty and can last up to six months. In addition, ongoing continuing education opportunities are abundant.
